Situated just north of Longview, Texas, Krawdaddy’s is nestled in behind the Bar-K Ranch Store. This is where we have been working extremely hard since 2015 to provide the best Cajun food in East Texas.
Additionally, Krawdaddy’s opened a sit-down restaurant in Gilmer, TX in 2021 that sells fried foods in addition to their well-known boiled cajun food.
Jacob Knight, the owner, learned how to cook while working in Louisiana during his younger days. Bringing what he learned back, he now shares his passion for providing top notch Cajun cuisine with his 3 kids. Jacob is an expert when it comes to crawfish, shrimp, crab, and anything else you can boil in his secret blend of spice!
In addition to the Krawdaddy’s Crawfish 2 Go stand, Jacob offers his services in catering events, and selling live crawfish to the public.
