Bringing what he learned back, he now shares his passion for providing top notch Cajun cuisine with his 3 kids. Jacob is an expert when it comes to crawfish, shrimp, crab, and anything else you can boil or fry in his secret blend of spice!

In addition to the retaurants, Jacob proudly offers his services for catering and selling live crawfish to the public.
